Please note that throughout this site, weights and measurements are approximate and prices are subject to change without notice. If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart. We only ship to the US. at this time.

Payment Methods

We accept these credit or debit cards: including, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express for your online ordering convenience, using PAY PAL as our payment method.

When you are ready to checkout, you will be redirected to Pay Pal’s site, where you can enter all your financial information with strict confidence. When you are done arranging payment to Pay Pal for your order, you will be directed back to this site.

Delivery to Other Addresses:

All shipments are sent with Delivery Confirmation so we know your jewelry has arrived safe and sound. On occasion your shipping address may come up as unconfirmed by PayPal. That means that it is an address other than the address on your credit card. This may be because you want to send a gift to a 2nd party or you have not informed your credit card company of a resent move. Please inform them ASAP. If your address is unconfirmed by PayPal we would need to send your selection out with a signature confirmation and require an additional $3.00 sent to PayPal at the account of sales@buysilverjewelrydirect.com to cover the extra expense. Sorry for the inconvenience, but this measure is to insure your credit card is not being used by someone other than yourself.

Item must be recieved by us within 30 days from the delivery confirmation date of our shipment to you.
Just call or E-mail us to work out all exchanges or returns, and to receive your RAN # (Return Authorization Number).  480-684-2402

Do not return the item to the return address on the original shipping package as all Returned Merchandise must go back to a different location and have a properly assigned RAN # pre-assigned to the shipment.

Back Orders

 

Occasionally, an item may be temporarily out of stock when your order comes in.

If that is the case, we will follow the following options:

If the item is not expected to arrive at our warehouse within two weeks, we will call you and ask if you want the back ordered item shipped when it arrives or if you want a refund. If you want the refund, we will refund your payment for that item directly to your credit card. You can always reorder at a later date.

Your contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which you provided is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is not used in our web site. Your financial information is between you and Pay Pal.
